“You cannot heal what you cannot feel.”

Thaiyoga Bodywork
Thaiyoga bodywork is a blend of Thai massage, yoga, and metta (loving kindness). This type of bodywork is truly a treat, and I would say it is more beneficial for the nervous system than it is for the muscles. In this treatment, the goal is to make you feel seen, heard, held, and unconditionally nurtured, a true testament to the magic and power of touch.
Also referred to as “passive yoga,” your body is gently maneuvered and manipulated to be stretched, squeezed, lengthened, and relaxed. While I practice the art of touch, you practice the art of letting go.
Important Notes: Try not to eat 1-2 hours before the treatment.
Clothing: This practice is fully clothed - please wear loose, comfortable clothing or bring a change of clothes.
Price: Winter Special - €55 (90-min)
Fascia Release Massage
“Your biography is your Biology” (Ph.D Caroline Myss). In this type of massage, we approach the body as a storehouse of history, history which disrupts the free flow of energy in your system. Layer by layer, firm pressure is applied in different modalities and intensities to each part of the body. Just as you squeeze a sponge to clear it of dirty and excess water, the body is squeezed in such a way that trauma, memories, tension, dis-ease, and chronic pain are released out of your tissues. It is called Fascia Release Massage because we are releasing all that doesn’t serve you, so that you can return to your fullest Self and live your Dharma (purpose).
Appointment Options: 90-min (full body massage); 2-hr (full body and extra time for target areas).
Important Notes: Please try not to eat 1.5-3 hours before your session. Clothing: To avoid being unnecessarily exposed, you can wear leggings, tight shorts, or underwear (and a sports bra) for your session.
Price: Winter Special - €55 (90-min full body); €70 (2-hr full body)
What is fascia? Your fascia is a 3D bio-collagenous web that wraps and rewraps your entire body. Fascia wraps around every muscle, every vein and artery, every organ, and every bone. Fascia is meant to be gel-like, fluid, and flexible. Lack of use, poor diet, chronic stress, surgery and injury are common examples of many ways that fascia becomes dehydrated and solid. Fascia Release Massage works to liberate and hydrate the fascia as well as release the emotional and physical trauma trapped within.
Hot Stone Restorative Yoga
Hot Stone Restorative Yoga is a unique form of yoga that is designed to bring balance to your life. The body and mind are not meant to be in a constant state of stress 24/7. The purpose of Hot Stone Restorative Yoga is to even the scales between the exhaustion of daily life and the freedom of deep rest.
Each pose is held for 10 minutes or more, allowing you time to let the stones and meditative atmoshpere work their magic. Along with my methods and skills in breathwork, meditation, and chakra energy work, the placement of stones and positioning of the body further relieve symptoms of pain, dis-ease, mental/physical/emotional stress, trauma trapped in the body and mind, and adhesions or tension in fascia. A unique set of poses will be designed specifically to the ailments of the client.
