Corporate Wellness
These packages are tailored to elevate workplace wellness through a range of therapeutic practices that enrich personal development and wellbeing, as well as camaraderie/respect between all members of staff.
My goal is to help you cultivate an atmosphere of wholehearted action.
“Wholeheartedness is like the northstar: we never really arrive, but we certainly know if we are headed in the right direction.”
- Ekhart Tolle, A New Earth

The 1-hour sessions are almost like a gift from the company to the employees, whether it be a lively yoga session, a moment of calm and peace, or an hour of nurturing self-understanding.
Wake Up or Wind Down: energize your employees for a fruitful workday with an enlivening yoga class; or wind down in an hour of serenity with Yin Yoga or Breathwork+Yoga Nidra.
(this is a popular option for weekly sessions of connection and relaxation, especially for those who don't normally have access to these practices)

School Workshops
With 7 years experience of classroom teaching in multiple countries and international schools, I understand much of the commotion and burnout experienced by teachers, as well as the turmoil and distress in students of different age levels, and backgrounds.
These workshops are cultivated to calm the bodies and minds of students and teachers, and to inform us all how to respond to each moment from a place to self understanding.
“ By being nonjudgmental, we attain wisdom and defeat our fears.”
- Caroline Myss, Ph.D., Anatomy of The Spirit
-
These workshops can be 1 or 2-hour sessions (your choice) for students from grades 3rd-13th.
R-E-S-P-E-C-T:
The goal of this workshop, by using these lessons and implementing The Four Agreements, is to teach students how to respect themselves and others, starting from the inside out.
Learn how to make informed decisions and respond from a place of compassion rather than judgement. Understand the meaning and prevalence of “projecting.” Embody and learn practices to destress, ground oneself, self-soothe, and let go of anxiety as a lifestyle. And learn the science behind the nervous system and the power of breath (secondary school or higher).
“To love is to recognize yourself in another” - Ekhart Tolle
Queer / Oppressed Healing for Students:
This workshop is designed to create a safe space for Queer students, and all others who face oppression, to heal from the inside out. Too often do people in these groups navigate the world with a view that the natural order of things is working against them.
During these sessions we will explore our biographies and honor our stories as well as learn how to assess our own reactions and the reactions of others. Ultimately, understanding how to love your Self and find refuge in your heart as your personal sanctuary will influence us all to live a healed and loving life.
Who we truly are is always greater than how we think things should be.
-
Teacher Wellness Package:
This workshop is geared to the well-being and personal development of teachers by de-stressing and winding down with yin yoga, meditation (Yoga Nidra), and Breathwork. A moment of stillness and quietude, and the space to care for the deepest parts of yourself.
The adage, “ take a deep breath before responding” will take on a new and deeper meaning.
Classroom Wellness:
Learn simple breathing exercises and chair yoga to practice with students that somatically regulate a rambunctious classroom.
Learn how to implement The Four Agreements into the classroom as a way of classroom management and conflict resolution.
Trauma-Informed Classroom:
This workshop uses the same materials as the Queer / Oppressed Healing module, but with respect towards how we see, hear, understand, and approach our students.
This workshop allows teachers to share their own experiences, plant seeds of thought in the minds of each colleague, and discuss ways that you can benefit from each other's experiences, knowledge, and resources to best create an inclusive, non-judgmental, and harmonious school environment.
Additional Note: You can book an extra hour or more in addition to the workshop so that teachers who are interested in a private session with me may do so (as many people do not normally have access to these practices).
Module Descriptions
-
The 8 Limbs of Yoga can be applied to all aspects of life. Learning these important aspects of yoga will help you understand how/why yoga is a lifestyle, not just an activity.
We will discuss topics such as non-harm, non-lying, cleanliness, concentration, devotion, and more. Whether this module is used to help you deepen your yoga practice or elevate harmony in the workplace, these healthy habits will surely positively change your way of being.
-
The 9 Obstacles of Yoga are the typical, yet rarely considered, mental states or attitudes that get in the way of us reaching our goals (or Paramatman, boundless consciousness, for yogis).
These nine attitudes such as lack of confidence, attachment to results, and laziness are all easy to overcome as long as we are aware of them and consciously working through them. Confronting these obstacles with enlightened attention helps you obtain skills and promote a more relaxed mind (and a harmonious, supportive office culture).
-
The yoga theory sessions based on various yoga styles are oriented towards inspecting and learning the “why” (theory) within these schools of practice and range of yoga Asana, as well as the “how.” Students will gain deeper understanding of how to embody each pose, listen to their body through anatomy and chakra education, and cultivate fluency both in practice and meditation alike.
Understanding multiple approaches to yoga Asana and meditative practices will broaden your perspective and intuitively guide you towards a safer and more aligned practice, unique to your own body - As one of my teacher’s says, “why have 1 Down-Dog when you could have 3?”
A 1-hour session covers just one school of yoga, but an extended session, or series of sessions, would allow for deeper learning of one or more of these styles.
-
The Four Agreements is a book by Don Miguel Ruiz (based on ancient Toltec wisdom) that concisely outlines how to live an awakened life, a life led by love and light without judgement or reaction.
The four agreements we could make that help us live in such peace and purity are simple and applicable to all moments of life. Understanding each of them will surely change your view on life and will help cultivate authenticity and harmony (especially significant in the workplace and schools).
-
The Queer / Oppressed Healing module is based on Skill in Action by Michelle C. Johnson. Through the materials and discussions in this workshop we will explore topics such as Dominant Culture and our impressions/experiences within it, exploration of our roots, evaluation of self-treatment and treatment of others, how to become responsive vs. reactive, and much more.
This workshop is designed to help us be(come) loud and proud of our biographies, biologies, and our truth.
-
The Anatomy of The Spirit module is based on Anatomy of The Spirit by Caroline Myss Ph.D., which is her gift to us that helps us learn how to intuitively examine and understand ourselves through our 7-Chakra energy system (Hindu and Buddhist spiritual theory).
The book and material also refer to the 7 sacraments of Christianity and the 10 Sefirot of Judaism, which encourages an inclusive, non-judgmental discussion for other’s to share the similarities from their own religion’s/spirituality’s path towards enlightenment.
This material is meant for those who have already begun their spiritual path or are open to receiving this information (and neutrally/respectfully discussing it).
