Private Sessions
in-person or online
I offer 75-minute private sessions which are tailored to you as the student.
There are so many benefits to having private sessions:
One on one guidance that is solely for you, your body, and your mind.
Ample time to discuss philosophy, theory, anatomy, etc. so that you know the “why,” not just the “how.”
Privacy to move freely and explore your practice in more depth.
Physical adjustments that help you understand the pose, understand your body, find your center, and feel more.
Create a serene environment, which makes meditation, yin yoga, and breathwork classes much more accessible.
You choose what you would like to practice.
Private sessions can serve as many things. Athletes and others who exercise often may find private sessions beneficial as a form of bodywork to keep their organism healthy and organized. Busy parents who need an hour to themselves or away from commotion find peace in yoga or meditation practices in the comfort and privacy of their own home. Those with ailments might want sessions that suits their abilities and restores the body back to health. Together, we will make a plan that suites your needs best.
Private sessions cost €80 (cash), BUT I believe these practices should be available to everyone - I work on a sliding scale to support the needs of my students. Bookings and Price inquiries can be made through the contact form.
Group Classes
I offer 60-90 minute classes in many forms. Whether that be as a weekly class for you and your partner or best friend, a studio class, or regular corporate classes (and corporate events) in the office or outside on a warm day, or in schools to foster the skills of concentration and self-study. As with the private sessions, we can discuss the goals for your practice and what methods suite you best.
I yearn to stand out as a yoga teacher and make people excited to practice or even give it a try. Private sessions are deeply for the self, but I view classes as community-centered. My goal for yoga classes is to naturally encourage us all to show up with a smile and be there to support those who found it tough to get on the mat that day. In a vinyasa class I add dynamic poses that we may fall out of so that we can be there to help each other up. In a Katonah class I encourage others to step onto someone else’s mat and assist them in in the archetypes of different poses. In a yin yoga or yoga nidra class we softly create a safe environment together for deep rest and relaxation.
Class sessions cost €90 for 2-5 people, or €15/person for classes of 6 people of more (Cash prefered). Bookings can be made through the contact form.
Corporate wellness & Workshops/Events
The uses and benefits of bringing a wellness practitioner into your workplace are endless. Whether it be to incentivize employees, energize or calm the workplace, build teamwork skills and camaraderie, or to bring in personal development and wellness practices for those who have less access. Along with my workshops, my services could serve as a 1-stop-shop to meet the needs of your office-wellness incentive or goals. You provide the space, I provide the practices and benefits.
My workshops are also cultivated for yoga studios who would like to offer deeper understanding of yoga to their members, and schools who would like to bring wellness to its staff/students.
